Where to fish?

The UK contains some superb fly fishing locations - rivers and stillwaters - with the added benefit of the close proximity of these fishing waters to many of Britain's best countryside and historic sites.

The UK's fly fishing highlights are too numerous to list all of them on this website. Thus the summaries below focus mainly on the high quality Brown Trout and Grayling fly fishing of England and Wales although Rainbow Trout, Sea Trout and Atlantic Salmon are also mentioned where they are an attractive proposition for the fly fisher.
